To report instances of fly tipped waste, we highlight two convenient options: using the Dover District Council website or the Country Eye app on your smartphone.

Dover District Council Website:

If you prefer reporting through the council’s official website, we have a dedicated Fly Tipping Reporting Form that simplifies the process. Here’s what you need to do:

1. Location of the Report: Specify the exact location of the fly tipping incident. Providing accurate details, such as landmarks or nearby addresses, helps identify and address the issue promptly.
2. Details of the Report/Enquiry: Describe the fly tipped waste in detail. Include information about the type of materials dumped and estimate the quantity. Additional observations or relevant details can be included as well.
3. Type of Waste: Indicate the category or type of waste that has been dumped. Whether it’s household waste, construction materials, furniture, appliances, or any other relevant category, this information assists in assessing the situation appropriately.
4. Upload a Picture (if available): If you have a photograph of the fly tipped waste, please upload it using the form. Visual evidence greatly aids in understanding the extent of the issue and helps in the investigation.
5. Details of Who Deposited the Waste (if known): If you have any information regarding the person or individuals who deposited the waste, please provide those details. Identifying the responsible parties aids in taking appropriate action and preventing further occurrences.
